About us
How we work
Straightforward cleaning from a Southampton team you can speak to directly. Reliable visits, clear communication, no fuss.
We are not trying to be the loudest name in town. We want to be the cleaners you would comfortably recommend to a neighbour.
Bright Shine is owner-led and based in Southampton. You deal with us when you book, we plan your cleans, and we stand behind the work when something needs sorting.
You will find us in terraced houses near the Common, new-builds in Ocean Village, rental stock in Portswood, and offices along the M27 corridor. Different buildings, same focus on kitchens, bathrooms and the details people notice.
From SO14 city flats to family homes in Shirley, Bassett and Hedge End. If you are on our patch, we will tell you honestly.

From the owner
The person behind your clean
“I built Bright Shine in Southampton around a simple idea: your home deserves care, your diary deserves respect, and you should know who is coming through the door. I still oversee how we work across Hampshire, and I take real pride in the team we have built.”
Principles
How we work
- 01
Show up when we say we will
Your time matters. We confirm visits, stick to agreed windows where possible, and let you know early if traffic or weather gets in the way.
- 02
Clean like it is our own place
Bathrooms, kitchens and high-touch areas get proper attention, whether it is a studio flat or a five-bed in the suburbs.
- 03
Respect your home
Experienced team members, insurance in place, and sensible rules around keys, alarms and pets.
- 04
Keep it simple
Plain English quotes, no pushy upsells. Just tell us what you need and we will say if we are the right fit.
